You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

We aim to describe our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. Products marked out of stock cannot be ordered until restocked.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email, and a contract is formed once your order is accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, JazzCash and Easypaisa through our secure payment gateway (Rapid Gateway), as well as Cash on Delivery where available.

By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. All online transactions are processed securely by the payment provider; we do not store your full card or wallet details.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Free shipping applies to orders above Rs. 2,999. Delivery timelines, charges and tracking are described in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Eligible, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Full details, including eligibility and non-returnable items, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our products are cosmetic skincare formulations and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Always patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a dermatologist for persistent skin concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henleystone is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
