SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed or your Cash on Delivery order is verified.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference so you can track its progress from your account.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

If your area is not serviceable by our couriers, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and similar): 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier backlogs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

A flat shipping charge is applied at checkout based on your delivery location and is shown before you confirm your order.

Free shipping is offered on all orders above Rs. 2,999.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the full amount (including any shipping charge) is payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

You can track the status of every order — Pending, Confirmed, Shipped and Delivered — from the “My Orders” section of your Henleystone account.

If you checked out as a guest, your order confirmation email contains your order reference for any tracking queries.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will typically re-attempt delivery. After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and treated in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, or your order is missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
